Queens-Flushing Meadows International Food Excursion

Unique excursion to Queens, where you meet and mingle with others from around the world. This is an excursion, not a traditional food tour. After meeting at Grand Central Terminal you travel by subway with new friends to world famous Flushing Meadows-Corona Park.

You’ll experience a summer late afternoon walk through the park and see famous landmarks such as the NY Mets Home Run Apple, Citi Field, The Bille Jean King Tennis Center, the Unisphere (huge globe) from the 1964-65 World’s Fair and the NY State Pavilion from the fair (made famous in the movie Men In Black).

Bring a camera or your phone for great pictures. After the park walk-through you’ll enjoy different international eats in the most diverse place on planet earth, the NYC borough of Queens.

Patterned after the famous Taiwan Night market you’ll enjoy our favorite market in the city, the Queens Night Market, as an on-your-own experience (stay as long as you like) while you delight in the amazing amount of international choices at cheap (definately not Manhattan) prices..Excursion includes guide services.

Two ride or unlimited MetroCard required if you are returning by subway. Direct subway directions back to Manhattan are given by your guide. Most items in the market are priced at $4 to $6 dollars. Market usually features entertainment. Excursion meets outside the terminal on 42nd St, under the overpass outside Grand Central Terminal.
