Bat Out of Hell: The Musical: Rock to the Music of Meat Loaf

It was only a matter of time before the singer known as a “one-man rock opera” would get a musical based on his epic power ballads — and good thing that time is now. Bat Out of Hell amps up all your fave Meat Loaf hits with a stellar cast, thrilling storyline and plenty of pyrotechnics. If you’d do anything for love (or the music of Meat Loaf), you’ll want to check this out.

Sade, Lauryn Hill & Jill Scott Tribute

Vocalist Emilie Surtees delivers her tribute to Sade, Lauryn Hill and Jill Scott with amazing accuracy. She not only replicates hit songs — power note for power note — but communicates the soul of each of the iconic R&B singers who originally recorded them. Be moved and amazed by a tribute artist every bit as talented as the singers she honors in this concert at New York’s Club Bonafide.

Woodstock 50th Anniversary Tribute

Join us at legendary ‘60s nightclub hotspot Cafe Wha? for a celebration of the 50th anniversary of Woodstock! Featuring some of NYC’s finest musicians, including JT Curtis (Let It Be) and Joan Chew (Lez Zeppelin), they’ll be performing the music that rocked the original festival 50 years ago. From Jimi Hendrix, to The Who, Jefferson Airplane to Janis Joplin, you’ll hear it all! Get your tickets now, this will an event to remember!

Rave Theater Festival Presents: Stormy Weather

A magical storm, a shipwreck at sea, and a group of “frenemies” trapped together on Fire Island during a hurricane = an evening of madcap theatrical fun. A ferocious storm rages outside the Fire Island beach house of Tim Bailey, a 40-year-old gay man having a mid-life crisis – He’s lost his job, his husband started divorce proceedings, and his adopted daughter will soon leave the nest. When a yacht gets struck by lightning and everyone is washed overboard, a night of surprise visitors begins as each nearly drowned passenger, which include Tim’s ex-boss and ex-husband, make their way to Tim’s front door. As calamity ensues Tim is forced to face his demons and hilariously fight to regain control of his life.
